Finding Calm in the Chaos online program
This program was created as a result of the hundreds of project members reaching out for more resources and support after finding a kindness rock. The rock became a catalyst for personal growth or perhaps provided a sign that further support was needed. This program was not created as a replacement for one on one therapy but rather as a resource for those who need basic coaching guidance in finding calm in the chaos.
Week 1: Self Awareness and your why
Week 2: Compassion for the self and others through meditation
Week 3: Perspective including assumptions, judgments & interpretations
Week 4: Intention setting, visioning and affirmations
Week 5: Energy
Week 6: Creating your calm plan moving forward
You will receive a 25-30 minute coaching lesson/video directly to your email once a week along with a downloadable workbook to accompany the lesson. You will also receive a mid-week 2-3 minute video check in for additional support.
